Presentation of the Letters of Credence
On Monday , November 13 2017 , Ambassador Ronald Dofing presented to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, H.E. Mr Rumen Radev, the Letters of Credence by which HRH Grand Duke Henri appointed him as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Republic of Bulgaria.
The ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace in Sofia.
Upon the presentation of his credentials, the Ambassador started to fulfil his duties as a non-resident ambassador to the Republic of Bulgaria.
